Then set aside time every day to go to a quiet place with no distractions and start practicing a brief meditation. Start with a goal of sitting quietly paying attention to your breath for about 5 minutes. Every time your mind wanders just bring it back to focus on your breath. Gradually increase the time by about 5 minutes at a time until you can do this for 30 minutes or so. You may find it easier to listen to a guided meditation. Don’t beat yourself up if your mind continues to wander. With 60,000 thoughts per day, it is normal for you to wander. With practice it will get easier and quicker to refocus them.

After you start this practice start noticing what is showing up in your life and business. Look for any changes in your anxiety, mood, mental clarity, patience.
